Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a business with a selected number of Key Accounts for Shaver category:
  • Set up commercial objectives and business plans per customer and clearly define commercial budgets based on the commercial objectives and business plans of the Division;
  • Identify customers' needs and opportunities based on business figures and data from marketing;
  • Negotiate with local buyers product ranges, new listing, product mix etc. within company commercial policy and priorities, and establish commercial agreements;
  • Collaboration with marketing on projects of product categories development;
  • Analyze the sales data in order to expose treats and opportunities by customer;
  • Develop and manage actions and promotions, set up and implement promo plan based on national marketing plans and commercial priorities for the key account;
  • Monitor customer budgets as Year End Rebate and COOP by the Siebel Sales Tools;
  • Prepare and update product forecasts for a key account;
  • Act as a product expert advising local buyers and buying groups on company product range, market figures and trends, competitors, etc., provide to the key account a professional support on their category development;
  • Suggest action plans by customer in line with the market trends, strategy of retailers and consumer behavior;
  • Analyze and take opportunities for further growth of the company business

      • Requirements:

      • university degree;
      • at least Upper Intermediate English;
      • min 1 year of sales experience in the position of KAM/JKAM responsible for National / International / Local Key Accounts in FMCG sector;
