Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate products to distributors and end users in the area/region of responsibility.
  • Build relationships with physicians and industry KOLs
  • Work with Marketing to plan and implement professional education programs for physicians in the respective region
  • Develop relationships with dealers to assist in defining business strategies
  • Conduct price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in house guidelines and up to contract conclusion
  • Assess the dealers’ performance for the region and evaluate it on a regular basis
  • Implement successful product introductions in the region as defined by the EEMEA marketing team strategy
  • Coordinate the distribution and logistics of products with the support of other teams within Stryker Russia and Kazakhstan
  • Regular reporting to Senior Business Development Managers and National Sales Manager on the evolution of the sales and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.
  • Continually research & update the knowledge of our product portfolio and product features as well as the understanding of the business and the market complexities in which we operate
  • Plan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget
