Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team (Regional Managers and Sales Representatives).
  • Responsible for effective sales force allocation, processes and strategy
  • Conducts regular coaching and counseling with sales staff to build motivation and selling skills.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals and teams for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Assumes responsibility for key projects and strategies as assigned by Regional Director.
  • Responsible for implementation, training and use of the company’s CRM system
  • Recruits, tests and hires sales staff and managers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management

      • Requirements:

      • Higher Education;
      • English: Upper-Intermediate;
      • Excellent negotiation skills;
      • Work experience in medical equipment B2C sales (Dental equipment is preferable);
      • Planning skills;
      • Basics of financial management and budget planning;
      • Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills;
      • System thinking.
