Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication and contract management with facility providers;
  • Office administrative support: reception, cleaning service management (Office in Moscow and several small regional offices);
  • Procurement (equipment, water, furniture etc.);
  • New corporate policies implementation;
  • Car Fleet management;
  • Health and Safety (support and implementation of EHS system);
  • Ensuring of video monitoring;
  • Providing the access to the office for employees and visitors;
  • Supervising of internal communications process and organization of corporate events.

      • Higher education;
      • Strong communication, organizational and planning skills;
      • From 3-5 years of experience as office or facility manager;
      • Strong computer skills (MS PowerPoint, Internet);
      • Willingness to business-trips;
      • Upper Intermediate English.
