Education: Life science background and business specialization (marketing and finance)
Experience & knowledge:
Solid experience in AH Business in a multinational environment (minimum 5 years business experience), used to decide and report under tight deadlines.
Business acumen, Good negotiation skills, strategic vision, strong customer focus. Commercial Excellence Experience
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Strong people manager and solid team player. Generally able to recognize the need for and implement change.
Able to manage complexity given the diverse nature of the business in the region.
The individual requires strong interpersonal & management skills, particularly oral and persuasive communication skills and ability to set up good partnership. The job holder requires characteristics of creativity, motivation, flexibility and initiative along with a full understanding of complex organization. Ability to work/network across the organization in a multicultural environment.
Foreign Languages: Russian, English required, oral & written; French would be a plus.
