Job Responsibilities:

  • Formation of the group strategy within the Company’s global strategy
  • Implementation of sales targets of the Company
  • Implementation of a personal sales plan
  • Control of supplies
  • Business trips
  • Preparation and organization of conferences and seminars
  • Trainings of personnel, partners and customers
  • Participate in the recruitment and management of employees in the industrial solutions group of sales department
  • Proactive search for new dealers and end customers
  • Generates and coordinates recommendations for strategy development on the entrusted territories and for the selection of new partners and final customers
  • Forms dealers and end-customers demand under Company’s products portfolio. Controls observance of work rules and execution of sales plan by direct employees and dealers, corrects dealers plans and strategy for cooperation development according to the company's strategy
  • Collects information from dealers and end-customers about equipment usage statistics and breakdowns: facts and the reasons of refusal
  • Updates information about placement and movement of equipment on the entrusted territory (demo, equipment for testing)
  • Collecting and analyzing marketing information (about needs on the territory, prepares information about dealers budgets on the territory, about competitors on the territory)
  • Forms pricing policy within the company's global strategy
  • Collects information about dealers and customers planning seminars and conferences

      • Requirements:

      • Work experience on the position of Sales Manager/Manager of business development in B2B segment at least 3 years. In addition, work experience in print shops will be an advantage
      • Higher education (technical, economic)
      • English (advanced)
      • Confident user of Microsoft Office /Windows/Lotus Notes
      • Basic knowledge of marketing (representation product at market, pricing, competitors, goods substitution)
      • Negotiation skills with top management of companies
      • Presentation skills
      • Knowledge of sales techniques
      • Ability to resolve conflicts
      • People management
      • Availability of business trips: 70%
